Over the last 15 years, Deepa has transformed multiple areas of the supply chain that include manufacturing, sourcing, and logistics. She is passionate about the role of women and diversity in leadership to bring creativity, productivity, and innovation in the workforce and has served as president of the Women's Network. Born and brought up in India, Deepa moved to the U.S. to pursue a master's in industrial engineering. She has worked in the automotive and electronics sector, focusing on enhancing customer experience by streamlining operations and building high-performing teams.
